They're back!!!
Hi All,
The next Windsor party is happening on Saturday 4th July 2009 with guest teachers Debbie and Michelle. They were our guest teachers back in March and we had to have them back! So they will be kicking of the night with a Samba workshops (8:00 to 9:00pm). Debbie and Michelle have been on the dance scene for some time and trained under teachers like Alan Clark.
We started running parties at the Windsor a year ago, on the 7th June 2008! It has been a great year and it has given Jeff and I a lot of enjoyment in organising. We would really like to thank everybody for their support and positive input. We have always tried to deliver something different that excites us and we hope that you have enjoyed the results of our efforts.
I would like to thank the guest teachers, like Darran, Colm, Ivan, Wyn Morris, Debbie, Michelle, Paolo and Linda who set the mood for the night. And also thanks the to the DJ's who make the night happen, such as Danny, Nikos, Edgar, Eva, Colm, Andy and Ivan.
We have been lucky to have the use of the two rooms which have given us the flexibility to include other dances which reflect that most salsa enthusiasts also like to dance many other styles.
For the next party not only have we arranged for these two wonderful dancers to share their knowledge with you, but we also have special guest DJs, Andy and Edgar.
We will once again have our popular format with two dance floors. Upstairs on the main dance floor we will start the night with a Samba workshop (8:00 to 9:00) and from 9:00 onwards we will pack the night with the best Salsa tunes and a few Bachata, Samba and Cha Cha tracks thrown in for good measure.
The second dance floor downstairs will be starting the night with a tango class from 8:00 to 9:00pm and with two hours of tango dancing (9:00 to 11:00pm) with Nikos. As we have Debbie and Michelle teaching Samba we will dedicate rest of the night to Ballroom (11:00 to 1:00am).

james is back
James McLauchlan will coming back to Belfast for another set West Coast Swing workshops and party night on Saturday 1st August.
Last time we had james over he give a improvers' WCS class which everybody agreed was brilliant. So we have arranged for James to get him back.
James McLauchlan has been dancing for more than 15 years and quickly fell in love with the couples dance. He started competing and winning titles all over the world including Scotland, Ireland, England, Spain,
France, Belgium, Netherlands, Washington, New York and a world championship in Nashville. James has been teaching different types of dance for nearly 12 years, including west coast swing, east coast swing, night club two-step, country two-step, polka, american smooth,
hip-hop, line dance, keep fit and aerobics.
We will be running two workshops on Saturday 1st Auguest at beginner and improver level.
7:00 to 8:30pm - WCS impovers (aimed at those who have learnt the basics)
8:30 to 9:30pm - WCS beginners (no previous knowledge required)
9:30 to 11:00pm - WCS Dancing
Costs:
£5 - Beginners workshop + access to the party (WCS, Salsa and Tango)
£10 - Beginners & impovers workshop + access to the party (WCS, Salsa and Tango)
The workshops will be run in parallel with our monthy salsa night that wll run to 1am. So the ticket includes access to the salsa party as well as a second dance floor with Tango and Ballroom.
