To all those lovely folks who come along to the Bangor Salsa classes in the Legion on a wed night with me Jeff, and Anne Marie.
I've taken the difficult decision to stop the class from this week (20th May) so there will not be a class in the Legion from now on.
As most of you know I have a rather annoying but degenerative knee condition which has recently been giving me a lot of discomfort and with teaching 3 evenings a week it has become too much for me to do. I'll still be taking classes in Belfast on Mondays (Kings Head) and Tuesdays (Landsdowne) but something had to go and I'm afraid it has to be Wed nights.
I feel very guilty at letting most of you down especially those who have supported me over the last few years and I humbly apologize for this decision, but needs must, and doing this may mean a few more years of teaching ahead of me before I'm just unable to dance.
I hope you understand and i hope you all keep dancing in some form or other, its the spice of life!
