Lindy workshops with Jessica Peel Yates

Just a quick update on what's happening on the Lindy scene.
SwingBelfast will host Lindy workshops on Saturday 9th September from 1-5pm in the Crescent Arts Centre, University Road, Belfast. Jessica Peel Yates (see info below) has agreed to return to Belfast to teach these workshops and, as always, we appreciate her help and continued support.
These classes will be followed in the evening by The Rhythm Room, Belfast's only 1930-50s retro night featuring the best jive and swing music in town, dress to impress in the style of the eras. (Venue to be confirmed)
About the teacher: Jessica Peel-Yates has been dancing since she was five and teaching for over ten years. She is passionate about what she does and loves to share her joy for dance with her students. She has a smooth, graceful yet energetic lindy hop style. Currently based in Dublin, Jessica was one of the creative forces behind the London Lindy Exchange – which took the UK swing scene by storm. Jessica's teaching style is relaxed, accessible and fun.
